Welcome to Lakewood Crest HOA
|
Lakewood Crest Homeowners Association Inc., is a small
community nestled in southern Hillsborough County in the
Tampa Bay area of Florida (Mango-Seffner vicinity).
The Association is home to just over 100 single family homes.
It is ideally located for downtown Tampa and enjoys
convenient and easy access to I-4 (to Orlando or the beaches of
Pinellas County!).
The neighborhood has limited common area
responsibility which enables the annual assessments to remain
one of the lowest in the area.
The Association has a 7 member
board of directors committed to the best interests of the
neighborhood both aesthetically and financially.

Lakewood Crest Homeowners Association was awarded the 2010 Neighborhood Mini Grant by the Board of County Commissioners.
This website is therefore made possible by the County Commissioners and Lakewood Crest homeowners are pleased to acknowledge them as well as the co-ordinating Office of Neighborhood Relations staff who consistently provide all Hillsborough County communities information and assistance.
